Bio
Tania Cohen, a native of the Hudson Valley was born in Rhinebeck, NY. She attended Arlington High School and went on to graduate magna cum laude from Marist College with a bachelor’s degree. She also did post graduate work at Vassar college. Tania completed the PA program at Albany Medical College then furthered her education by obtaining a Master’s in PA studies with a focus on Dermatology from the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
Tania’s dedication and expertise in the field of dermatology have earned her the prestigious distinction of being a “Diplomate of Dermatology,” a title reserved for dermatology PAs who have achieved the highest level of honor.
In May 2018, Tania reached another significant milestone in her career by receiving her “Doctor of Medical Science” from the University of Lynchburgh. This advanced practice clinical Doctorate specialized in Dermatology, making Tania one of the early graduates from this groundbreaking program. Her dedication to staying at the forefront of her field is evident in her continuous pursuit of advanced education.
Throughout her illustrious career, Tania had the privilege of training under esteemed dermatologists Vincent P. Beltrani M.D. , Vincent S. Beltrani and Aaron Warshawksy M.D. Their mentorship and guidance played a pivotal role in shaping Tania’s successful career in dermatology.
Tania’s commitment to providing exceptional care has not gone unnoticed. In addition to her extensive dermatology background, Tania has also showcased her versatility and commitment to comprehensive care by working in the Emergency Departments of Vassar Brothers Hospital and St. Francis Hospital.
